Shipping Policy
1. Local Delivery Service & Charges
Enjoy FREE local courier delivery in Hong Kong (single location) for any single purchase of HK$1,000 or above. (SF Wine Air Conditioned)
For orders under HK$1,000, a standard delivery fee of HK$100 will be applied.

2. Delivery Coverage & Surcharges
Standard delivery service covers major areas across Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories.
Remote Area Surcharge: Deliveries to remote areas such as Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, the Airport, and Outlying Islands will incur an additional surcharge of HK$150.
Staircase Surcharge: If the delivery address cannot be accessed directly by an elevator and requires staircase carrying, a surcharge of HK$50 per floor will apply (payable in cash directly to the courier). Alternatively, delivery can be arranged at the ground floor/lobby of the building.
3. Delivery Time & Arrangements
Upon order confirmation and successful payment, dispatch will be arranged within 2 to 3 working days.
Delivery services will be suspended and rescheduled if a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory.
4. Redelivery
If delivery is unsuccessful due to an inaccurate address provided by the customer or no one being available to receive the parcel at the scheduled time, an additional fee of HK$100 will be charged for redelivery and administrative arrangements.
