Description

Domaine Duroché始於1906年，1933年開始自行裝瓶。2003年，21歲的Pierre Duroché接管家族第五代事業，成為Gevrey-Chambertin備受矚目的酒莊。

酒莊擁有約8.5公頃葡萄園，包括Chambertin Clos-de-Bèze、Latricières-Chambertin、Griotte-Chambertin和Charmes-Chambertin特級園，以及Lavaut Saint-Jacques等一級園。2014年起推出特釀「Gevrey-Chambertin Lavaux St Jacques Vignes 23」，使用1923年前種植的葡萄。

Pierre重視風土，嚴格管理葡萄園，使用天然酵母釀造，不添加二氧化硫。陳釀12個月，極少使用新橡木桶。裝瓶前在大桶中混合，通常不過濾。

Pierre表示：「我們的葡萄酒反映種植方式與對風土的重視，希望能喚起情感與樂趣。」他的古典風格葡萄酒產量稀少，被視為勃根地最令人興奮的年輕釀酒師之一。
